Hollywood Superstar Derrick Stone (TYRONE POWER JR) is fed up with all the fame and glamour. After a lonely night of drinking and soul-searching, he signs up to be an extra using his birth name, Joe Fierreraux. Hilarity ensues when his Hollywood lifestyle (and the people who got him there) clashes with the simpler life he’s once again enjoying and getting used to.
